Concierge inquiry facilitation: Receiving table requests, cabana inquiries, and VIP package booking preferences from patrons and transmitting them directly to independent venue operational management.

3. Reservation Inquiries & Minimum Spend Terms

Submitting an inquiry through our Platform does not create a binding guaranteed table reservation until written confirmation is issued by the venue or our verified concierge team. Users recognize that:

Many luxury Greek venues mandate minimum bottle spend thresholds (ranging from €60 to €2,500+ depending on peak seasonal demand, table positioning, and live headline talent).
Deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and table release time windows are governed exclusively by the host venue's proprietary policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software source code, WebGL 3D architectural routines, graphics, visual layout configurations, textual reviews, trademarks, logos, and custom vectors displayed on viblyhappybundl.forum are the proprietary intellectual property of Vibly Happy Bundl Hospitality Hellas Single Member P.C. or licensed appropriately.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable Greek and European law, Vibly Happy Bundl Hospitality Hellas Single Member P.C., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from any third-party venue policies, sudden weather closures, or table adjustments.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, their interpretation, and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), submitting to the territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
